Office

Any of the full-service listings you see above can be combined to fit your office cleaning needs. Emptying wastebaskets, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming are our most requested office cleaning services and is provided under our basic office checklist. If you require additional services, please let us know so we can supply you with an accurate quote.

Realty & Properties

We understand how important it is for your staged home to be thoroughly clean and make a great first impression. Our realty cleaning services provide you with a completely clean property to show at any time of the day to potential buyers.

Our experienced licensed and bonded staff will make your home sparkle in the eyes of buyers! We will use any combination of our basic cleaning services that you request to provide you with a customized cleaning service.

We also offer services for sellers and agents to be able to give the gift of clean to the new buyers prior to them moving in. If you're an agent and would like to gift either your buyer or seller with cleaning services for their new or old home, we provide that as well!

WE DO NOT CLIMB HIGHER THAN A 2-STEP LADDER. HIGHER ITEMS WILL BE DUSTED W/AN EXTENSION DUSTER. WE CANNOT MOVE FURNITURE, BUT WE WILL TRY TO REACH ANY VISIBLE PLACES EITHER BY HAND OR WITH AN EXTENSION DUSTER. CLEANERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STEP HIGHER THAN A 2 STEP STEP STOOL. SOME HOMES HAVE AT LEAST ONE CHANDELIER OR VAULTED CEILING FAN THAT WE CANNOT REACH BY HAND. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE RESULTS OF MINI-BLIND CLEANING. EXCESSIVE BUILD UP MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. PLEASE ALLOW FOR SOME DUST RESETTLEMENT AFTER WE LEAVE, WE TRY TO LIMIT THE DUST IN THE AIR BUT CANNOT PREVENT THIS ENTIRELY. CLEANINGS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
